Got our ticket before going up 101 with a 95 minute wait but after 60 minutes, could enter right away. Robot Ollie led us to our table. Good amazing: get the pork dumplings, spicy shrimp wanton and sticky shrimp rice. Complementary green tea refilled throughout sinner. We loved it. Also had beef noodle soup but it wasn’t our favorite, would get elsewhere. Make sure to check the chefs make the dumplings behind the glass windows.

Like a good tourist, we had to check out Din Tai Fung in Taiwan. The line for this place was yuge. 2 hour + wait for dinner on a Saturday. We grab a ticket and then wandered around the mall to pass the time. They had all the usual classics DTF is known for. The menu did seem to have some additional dumplings and variety of vegetables that I have not seen in the states. As for the food itself, didn't taste all that different. The thing I would say though is that the service here is top notch, wayyyy better than other locations I have been to. They are super attentive and on top it, which was much appreciated.

Absolutely delicious experience at Din Tai Fung 101! The xiao long bao were perfectly steamed with delicate wrappers and rich soup inside. The shrimp and pork dumplings were juicy and flavorful, and the shrimp fried rice was light and fragrant. The sides like sautéed cabbage and cucumber appetizer were simple but refreshing. Service was efficient and friendly, and everything came out piping hot. Definitely worth the wait—iconic spot that lives up to its reputation!

MUST TRY!! Can't say even one negatif point, except the queue was so long. Prepare your visit and take a ticket first. We got the table after 55 mins waiting. But foods and services all are top-notch. So yum! That's why they're called as the best dumplings in the world! Must try when you visit Taipei.

MUST TRY‼️‼️ And Yes, you need to queue up before dining in. Recommend going there during weekdays. I was there waiting for only 20 minutes during weekdays on Tuesday. Theres a QR code in your waiting number, just scan it to look at the current calling number. In the meantime, I recommend walking around the area in 101 tower. Once your waiting number was called, just hand over your number, the waitress will guide you to your table and serve you tea🍵 I personally wanna try out the most iconic dishes, so I ordered 5 Xiao Long Bao (original flavour) and 5 Dim Sum and 1 Prawn Fried Rice 🍤, which is the best portion for one person like me. There was a sort of guide note that will teach you the steps to eat xiao long bao, you gotta try it for the best experience, truly delicious 👍 Overall it was a truly wonderful experience to dine in Din Tai Fung restaurant.
