This place is now part of the large corporate AVA Rafting & Zipline. I can only presume it was a mom and pop operation that got bought out. Booking was a little confusing, a mix of online forms and calling to make sure everything was in order. The people handling the calls were helpful and knowledgeable, or they referred me to someone who was. They will let you rent rafting gear a la carte, which is fine, but you do need to know what you are doing. They didn't double-check with me on anything: I could have headed out completely unprepared! The gear was largely in working order except for two glaring issues: one of the two inflatable kayaks we rented had a slow leak, and the pump barely worked (it's internal seal was bad). We discovered this _after_ the delivery crew left us (the kayaks were delivered uninflated). This is the main reason for the 2-star rating. Fortunately I had a patch that was sufficient for the kayak, and we eventually got it fully inflated. Overall we had a good trip, but one last annoyance was the rental pickup was 20 minutes late.
Rented a raft from here and the service was awesome. Good people to deal with.
