Tomasz was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew loads o interesting facts about Krakow and answered all our questions. We truly enjoyed our time with Tomasz and Segway was a great way to get to know the city.
We did a Segway tour in Kraków with Yohan, and he was an absolutely amazing guide! He made the whole experience so much fun and easy to follow, especially for beginners. Yohan was super knowledgeable about the city’s history and shared lots of interesting facts in a really engaging way. We saw so many beautiful sights and had plenty of laughs along the way. Highly recommend this tour — and if you can, ask for Yohan!

He was friendly, funny, and incredibly informative — you could tell he really knew his stuff and had a passion for the city’s history. The tour was a great mix of fascinating facts and fun stories, and the scooters made it such an enjoyable way to explore the Old Town without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see the highlights of Krakow in a unique and memorable way. Tom was superb!

Absolute five star experience with Nikita! The segways are such an amazing way to see so much of the city. I was unsure about my 76 year old father being able to handle it but they are so easy to use and he did absolutely fine. This was truly a highlight of our trip. Johan was a brilliant guide on our 2-hour Old Town trip. Showing us all the parts we may have missed, interesting history facts and tips on great places for coffee or dinner! After a small training session at the start, we were all naturally professional Segway riders after 5 mins thanks to the team's expert tuition and then we were straight into the Old Town tour. For anyone visiting Krakow, this really should be a must as it gets you to places you might not have done on foot, and without a guide, we would have simply missed loads of tiny, but crucial and fascinating details, otherwise would have maybe gone unnoticed. It's certainly going to be something we book wherever we go now, and if Segway Point have a station there, we'll be certainly booking through them!
THis is a fantastic way to spend some time sight seeing and learning about the history of Krakow. The guys were great and Max was a great host of the tour, very knowledgable and funny!
