Team Building SUP

Big SUP is an exciting and unique Stand Up Paddleboarding experience designed for groups looking to combine fun, teamwork, and adventure on the water. Each giant paddleboard accommodates 4 to 8 participants, making it ideal for corporate team-building, social gatherings, or just enjoying a lively activity with friends. The session emphasizes collaboration and communication, as participants must work together to maintain balance and coordinate their movements. For those who prefer individual practice, there are also single SUP board exercises, allowing everyone to refine their skills while taking in the scenic views of the Guadalquivir River. This combination of group and individual activities ensures a well-rounded and engaging experience for all participants, regardless of their prior paddleboarding experience.

In addition to the physical and social benefits, Big SUP helps improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance while reducing mental and physical tension. The experience comes fully equipped with all necessary gear, including paddle boards, paddles, leashes, and life jackets. Participants also receive photos and videos to remember the experience, and the facility provides changing rooms, secure storage for personal belongings, restrooms, and paid parking.
