I recently went on a snowmobiling adventure with High Country Snowmobile Tours and would give them 3 stars. While the experience on the trails was fantastic and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the outing was marred by an unfortunate incident: my girlfriend’s camera was stolen during the tour. To make matters worse, the cameras don’t work in the area where it was stolen, which is a bit unsettling given the safety concerns when you’re deep in the mountains. Despite this setback, the thrill of the ride and the quality of the snowmobiling experience itself were genuinely enjoyable, though the overall experience was a mix of highs and lows.
We took this tour, guided by Justin. We rented 2 double seaters and did the valley tour. Justin saw we gained confidence in driving that he asked if we wanted to see better views. He also allowed my twin boys to drive some small snow mobiles on a small track. My family loved it. Everyone at the outpost and specially our tour guide Justin were courteous, friendly and respectful. We are definitely doing the action tour next time we visit!!! Not to mention their price was better than other tours and didn’t ask for a deposit, they even lent my son a pair a goggles.
Wow!! What a morning snowmobiling with the boys!! A huge shout out to our guide Dillon, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an epic time!! I’m sure there are other great guides at High Country but Dillon just stood out to me and I’m so grateful we had him for our trip. If you’re looking for a great experience with a super friendly and energetic guide, you found it at High Country! Can’t wait to do this again!!
