I canโt say enough good things about this cruise. Iโve traveled all over the world and tried many cruise lines, but this has truly been the best experience Iโve ever had โ and a huge part of that is because of Cici. She is the kind of person who makes a trip unforgettable. She didnโt just assist us; she genuinely cared. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and thoughtful. We had so many questions about our flights and travel plans, and she went above and beyond each time to help us. We honestly had the best trip because of her. As a vegan, I was a little nervous about booking a cruise, but Cici completely eased all of that. She made sure every single meal was fully vegan and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Because of her, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and taken care of. The food ended up being some of the best Iโve ever had โ not just on a cruise, but anywhere. Every dinner felt like a full feast of delicious dishes, and breakfast was just as impressive. The ship itself is stunning, the rooms are beautiful with incredible views, and the scenery is some of the most breathtaking in the world. But what truly set this experience apart was the extraordinary service โ especially from Cici. She made this trip exceptional, and I canโt recommend this cruise highly enough.
What an amazing cruise! This was our first cruise experience and it far from exceeded our expectations.Everything was to perfection, from the breathtaking views, an immaculate room, a stunning boat and the attentive staff. Alex Quy was so helpful and accommodating, a perfect host! Thank you also to Harry who was also amazing and welcoming. Compliments to the chef for the best food we have tasted in Vietnam! At times the boat felt like our own private boat! We would love to visit again. 10/10
Rooms were very spacious for being a cruise ship. The Vietnamese menu for dinner and brunch was delicious. Only regret was not booking 2 nights. We only booked 1 night and felt a bit rushed. If time and budget allows, consider booking multiple nights. Our butler, CiCi, was amazing. She went above and beyond to coordinate food allergies with the rest of the staff and was always available to answer questions/ offer recommendations. If Elite of the Seas management sees this review, consider giving her a promotion and extra vacation days! She made our stay awesome.
