Had lots of issues trying to buy gift voucher in,one. Then had problems doing it over the phone. Even though I spelt my name using the International Phonetic Alphabet they got my email address wrong. Had to make yet another phone call chasing up the payment receipt and voucher. Effort probably took about an hour and a half of my time.

I have used Mr and Mrs smith in the past and saw no reason not to trust them. But on this particular trip they dropped the ball ! My hotel was expensive and I think I booked too many days. I talked to the manager of the hotel and she informed that she couldn’t change my booking as they had a contract with Mr and Mrs Smith that required them to pay their commission. Only way was to contact MMS and see if they could help. So I contacted them and talked to someone who was unwilling to help and wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor. He said they would call me back with the next few hours but could t give me an exact time. They never called back. He knew my story from a previous call so I can only assume he didn’t contact anyone. 3 party bookings are not a good idea Although MMS have some great choices. My suggestion is to go on this site and look what they have then they go Directly to hotel to do the booking That way, if you have any issues, you can go directly with the hotel and not have to worry
