Absolutely amazing experience!! So worth the money, especially in comparison to the santa village experience!! I felt really at ease asking questions about the reindeer, asking for photos. We were asked not to touch the reindeer, fair enough, as they don't like it, but then during the ride we told that we could pet one as he was friendly, it was amazing!! We went on the experience with a 9year old and 3 year old and both loved it. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had the best time feeding, petting and riding with reindeer was a magical experience.
We did the family program today (November 2025), and it was really lovely. Great experience, and a highlight for our kids (3 and 6 years). It included a 30 min reindeer sled ride, an 800m dog sled ride, and lunch. The guides were very friendly and attentive, and answered all the kids questions about the reindeer. We even got to pet one of the deer and the sled dogs. Lunch was a delicious salmon soup. Highly recommend!

The location is stunning — surrounded by snowy forests and far from the noise of the city, it feels like stepping into a winter fairytale. The huskies were full of energy and incredibly excited to run — their enthusiasm was contagious! It was such a thrill to be pulled through the snowy trails by these amazing dogs. The reindeer, in contrast, were calm, majestic, and gentle. Feeding and petting them was such a peaceful and special experience. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts about the animals and the local culture. Whether you're looking for adventure or a serene moment with nature, this place has it all. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lapland!
