Sesimbra Beach and Cave Tour - Half Day

This half-day experience offers an outdoor swimming adventure in one of Europe’s most beautiful beaches. Ribeira do Cavalo Beach is a place of wild and paradisiacal beauty, where the waters shift between turquoise and emerald green. The rocky islands, natural arches, and caves along the coastline create a unique environment full of marine life. Participants will start their swim from the blue inlet of Sesimbra, following a scenic route through the rocky walls and hidden coves. The swim is suitable for both beginners and more experienced open water swimmers, and the route provides plenty of opportunities to explore the natural beauty of the area.

The tour begins at Marina de Sesimbra, where participants board a boat to Praia da Ribeiro da Cavalo. Upon arrival at Enseada da Mula, the guided swim starts, passing by the bay and the Gruta do Frade cave. Throughout the experience, participants can enjoy the scenic surroundings and the vibrant marine life. At the end of the swim, a boat will take participants back to Sesimbra, offering a chance to spot dolphins along the way. Typical regional cake is included, and photos are taken to capture the memorable moments of this unique adventure.
