Asked for 17 pro case and screen protector, in fairness he put the protector on perfect. I drove home 30 min away only to find he gave me the wrong case. Very inconvenient to have to go back the next day trying to park in the pavilions. Only ti get questioned by two girls there and the box of the case examined even though the lad who sold it the day previous is standing there! Insisted I found the emailed receipt even though I wanted a straight swap, treated like I was trying to pull a fast one, no apology for their mistake. No wonder they’ve a low rating.

My iPhone 17 Pro Max, which I had just unboxed, had a bubble under the screen. I was advised by DID Electrical Airside, where I purchased the device, to go to Select Pavilions for assistance, as they said the store would be responsible as well. So today, November 13th at 6 PM, I went to Select Pavilions. However, the attendant informed me that they don’t carry out any iPhone repairs in-store and that I should open a support request online with Apple. Unfortunately, that was the only guidance I received. The attendant also couldn’t tell me which Select store actually performs repairs, even though Select is an official Apple retailer in Ireland. While both the attendant and I were polite throughout the interaction, I was surprised by the lack of assistance offered by Select, especially considering the information I received from DID Electrical. Select store pavillions did not do anything. I am very dissapointed with Select and Apple Ireland.

DO NOT COME HERE! Myself and my mother were verbally abused from a member of staff in Liffey Valley Store. His name is Andrew. He became extremely aggressive towards us and physically needed to be held back from assaulting us. If you want a pleasant experience I recommend to never visit this store. Will not allow me post photos but photos of him are under the Liffey valley store reviews!!

Apple directed me towards Select with regards to an iPad battery that was having issues. I was quoted 625 euro for a repair. I turned it down and went directly to Apple, who offered to do it for free. Two days after sending my ipad to Apple, a brand new one arrived at my doorstep Had I not been more sceptical, I would currently be down a lot of money
