A must visit when in Zurich! I spent a relaxing Sunday exploring the thermal baths and rooftop pool, but the highlight was my 75-minute massage with Kasia. Easily one of the BEST massages I've ever had and trust me, I've had a lot. She's AMAZING. I was so sad when my massage was over, I didn't want it to end.

I’ve had 2 bad experiences, but today’s experience solidified my belief. My boyfriend and i decided to go to this spa today after not being there for a long time expecting a nice relaxing afternoon. The spa experience was mediocre at best with unfriendly staff but that is besides the point. At checkout one of the staff, (small blond middle aged woman) demanded to check my bag and found MY bathrobe, (an aqua spa resorts bathrobe that he had purchased for me some time ago online) she insisted that we stole it. We told her to check the cameras because there is no way that this is stolen and that we have owned this robe for some years, you could see it on top of my bag when entering the reception. The woman said that it is not possible to purchase these robes, and coerced us into paying a 50chf fine for theft. I insisted she check the cameras, she implied police action to do so. I did not have the energy or time to keep on arguing with this frustrated employee so i payed the fine to avoid any further escalation. As i went to go retrieve my bathrobe she rudely took it off the counter and put it in a pile of other bathrobes. Walked away and directed another member to “deal with us”. This was the last straw for me, we will never come back to this spa again (unless it’s to retrieve my bathrobe) and i will make sure to tell everyone i come across to stay FAR away from this establishment. To be made to feel like a criminal was not on our bingo card today and a terrible way to conclude my boyfriend’s only day off in the week. I will add a picture to show that you can INDEED buy these bathrobes (incase this lovely employee of yours reads this review)

Our favourite escape in the city. Simple but really refreshing. The rooftop is definitely the highlight

Worth every last Swiss Franc. It was our last day in Zürich and we wanted to unwind and relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and we had no issues navigating the spa. We splurged on the Roman-Irish spa ritual and it was well worth it. I loved being able to go to the rooftop pool, the main bathhouse, and the bistro had excellent food (we had the spinach quiche and falafel). It was such a pampering experience that we spent over 4 hours enjoying everything offered. If we are ever back in Zürich, I will make sure we return. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

It was a very relaxing morning. The gentleman at the reception gave us a small introduction, since we have never been there. Very friendly staff. The changing rooms are spacious and later before the Roman-Irish Spa you had a lot of space to store the bathrobe / towel, because you didn't really need this afterwards. The stations are very nicely done and you could really relax well. The outdoor pool on the roof had a spectacular view over Zurich. Next time I will definitely book a massage too.
