Wonderful experience! View wasn’t as beautiful as ninh binh but the lady that helped us was a lot more happier, friendlier, and tried to take our photos a few times during our 50 minute ride! Highly recommend going around 5pm! We left when it was still bright out and was able to get sunset!! 🌅
We had a fantastic experience on this tour. The staff were very happy and friendly. The convenience of being picked up and dropped off made it a stress free morning. They made our young daughter feel very included.
We had two boats within our group and our guides were both so friendly and wanting to take pictures for us. There was no pressure at any time to do anything we didn’t want to. They showed us the crabs and the water coconuts. My guide even gave me his battery fan because it is very hot. We were also given water before the boat ride. I would definitely recommend 🩷
We had read a lot of negative reviews about over charging people for this basket boat ride. Luckily we did not face any such problem. Our guide took charge of everything since it was part of our entire Vietnam itinerary. It was very pleasant enjoyable 45 minutes boat ride. If you have some mobility issue then please be careful. There is no proper jetty. To get in and out of boat is tough. The steps are steep and little slippery. The government should form some form kind of regulations to avoid so many negative reviews. It's the question of reputation of Vietnam which is rocking in the tourism world at present.
We had a great outing with this company. Package included collection and drop off at our hotel and excellent communication from the time we booked through Whatsapp. Very accommodating of our kids and we all had a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
