I’ve been here tonight with my family and my daughter who is 4. I just want to say that the staff is absolutely fantastic. Due to weather conditions they had to shut early as we was leaving. however the staff made sure me and my family wasn’t effected by the storm, they gave us somewhere warm to sit and made sure we was okay. This was because it was extremely hard for us to get a taxi back home. They did not pressure us and was very understanding. They made a really nice effort with my daughter, not one worker didn’t acknowledge her, everyone was up for a chat. What an amazing experience and there generosity has made a terrible storm durable. The experience it self was so magical and it’s definitely worth seeing the smile on your children’s faces! I definitely will return next year!! All the staff was lovely but extra thanks to the man in the beanie who stood and the gates and the security guard with glasses who also stood at the gate. Laura was also lovely and welcoming too!

Absolutely magical! ⭐️ Santa's Secret Forest in Orell Woods is hands-down the most enchanting Christmas experience we've ever had! From the moment you step into the twinkling woodland path, it feels like you've entered a real-life fairytale. The attention to detail is incredible — glowing lights, snowflake glasses, friendly elves guiding you through the trees, the Xmas market area, and the main attraction itself.... The secret forest grotto tour! My kids (and the adults!) were completely spellbound. Santa knew their names, what they wanted, and spent proper time chatting with each child — it genuinely felt magical and personal. The hot chocolate and marshmallows by the fire pit afterwards were the perfect cosy finish. Worth every penny and more. If you want your little ones to believe in the magic of Christmas (or rediscover it yourself), this is an absolute must. Already planning to make it our yearly tradition! Thank you for creating such a beautiful, heartwarming experience. Highly, highly recommend! 🎄✨

Went with the grandchildren, what a magical experience. Seeing them be totally enveloped in the magic of the secret forest, Santa's workshops and the cheeky elves. Every one of whom were fully immersed in the role they were playing. Interacting with the adults as much as the children. The train ride to the North Pole was fantastic, almost as fantastic as Merryweather our cheeky train guard. With each section you go through, your time in there becomes more magical and more fun. Culminating in an amazing elevator ride right to Santa's front door! Well worth it, a fantastic experience, well done to all who have worked to put this amazing feat together.

As a parent and Antie nothing compares to see the little people in your life fall completely into the magic of Christmas and Santa’s Secret Forest gave us exactly that. From the moment we arrived, the kids were absolutely spellbound. The light trail created the perfect festive atmosphere, and stepping into the North Pole HQ felt like walking straight into a storybook. Their little faces lit up in every room, each one filled with thoughtful details and surprises that showed just how much effort had gone into the whole experience. The reindeers were a massive highlight, especially the baby reindeer, the kids adored it and haven’t stopped talking about it since! The train ride brought even more excitement, but the special elevator journey up to Santa was the moment everything truly came together. Watching our children’s eyes widen in pure amazement was unforgettable. It felt like we were witnessing the magic of Santa being kept alive for another year. If you want a Christmas experience that feels real, heartwarming, and beautifully put together, Santa’s Secret Forest is a must. Our kids were woo’d from beginning to end, and honestly, so were we. 🎅✨ To top it all off, we stayed for with some food and toasted marshmallows by the fire, the perfect cosy ending to an already magical visit.

Really magical experience There has been an immense amount of thought (and money) put into this experience. Everyone was super friendly and the elves were brilliant with the children. The Santa was top notch too. There was no obvious up-selling (pictures with Santa, toy shop etc), apart from the hats, which are good quality. You can take all the pictures you want, and there are plenty of opportunities to. The food area has burgers, hot dogs, chicken, chips, Yorkshire pudding wraps, hot drinks (inc mulled wine) and a full bar, and is reasonably priced. There is also a marshmallow toasting area. It is very cold in the North Pole so wrap up warm! My only negative comment would be that I personally don't think the light trail only tickets would be worth the money, this year at least. I'm sure as it gets more established that this will improve though. It was lovely seeing the reindeer.
