I booked the chenchen itza tour all inclusive In the website it says that the towel, locker, and safe jacket are include but when I arrive in the bus they say only the towel is include. I asked to Marco, the one with who I booked the tour and he told me that he forgot to warn me and that it must be change on the website (cause it was a new rule for that tour), in the end they payed for the safe vest, yet I still lost 20 30 min, for me to contact them and to find a solution. The tour overall is quite nice, even tho for the Valladolid part, you will not have time to do anything(only 15min). Marco was reliable in the beginning, I needed to change the date of my tour, since I was indecisive with many things to organise since I only booked 1 week in cancún, and I had struggle with my health on that day so he helped me change the date without any problem, he was reactive. The tour include the pick up. HOWEVER, I really didn't like what happened in the end. The big bus drop somes of us in front of the hotels and others on Certains pick up point. The pick up point was far by foot from my air bnb, the only safest option was to take bus or taxi to get back. Normally the plan when I booked and payed was for someone to pick me up and to drive me back, it's really fast by car. I thought someone will pick me up when we return around 8pm, I still send a message to be sure and big surprise nobody could be there to do it. Marco was sick all of sudden, witch was no big deal, I can understand but it's an agency, not only 1 person work there. The least is to find an appropriate solution. He told me to take a taxi or the bus. I had no cash left for the bus or taxi and no battery left, only 6% that I used to find my way with the GPS, I walked until I remembered the way. Thank god I remembered. 30min walk and if I didn't have send a message, he would have never told me. It's not professional. I still put 3 starts cause the tour was not a nightmare.
