It is recommended that participants have completed at least one dive within the past year. This ensures that divers remain familiar with the essential skills and techniques needed for a safe and enjoyable underwater experience. Being actively practiced in diving helps build confidence and comfort in the water, which is especially important when participating in more advanced or guided dives.
If a participant has not completed a dive in the last twelve months, it is advised to take a refresher session before joining the course or dive program.
