Beginner Sewing Course 2.0 (Amsterdam West)

This follow up sewing course is designed for anyone who has already completed the beginner program or for those who have a little experience and want to grow their confidence. It offers a gentle and inspiring way to deepen your skills while creating a new garment from the De Steek pattern collection. During this course you can choose to work on a pair of trousers or a blouse or shirt, selecting from beautifully developed patterns suited for both women and men. The lessons take place in the creative atmosphere of the Sewing Cafe where professional designers guide you through each step. Classes are offered in both Dutch and English, and you can begin during any week that fits your schedule.

You may bring your own fabric or simply choose the materials offered in the studio to complete your project. If you choose the option that includes materials, organic fabrics will be provided and you can pick your preferred style and color in the store. If you prefer to bring your own, a small list of required supplies will be sent to you by email. Once your booking is complete you will receive a personal code to schedule the remaining lessons at times that suit you. This flexible structure allows you to learn at your own pace while receiving attentive guidance from experienced fashion designers.
