Beginner Crochet Workshop: Bag

Have you always wanted to learn crochet but never found the time? Join our fun and engaging beginner course in our Craft Café, designed to help you master the basics while creating your very first project. Start from the beginning and learn essential techniques such as starting your work, chain stitch, slip stitch, single crochet stitch, and finishing. During the course, you will also create a stylish shoulder bag, allowing you to practice different stitches while working towards a completed project. Materials and a crochet hook can be included or brought by yourself, and a selection of colorful recycled t-shirt yarn is available for you to choose from.

The course offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing you to book follow-up lessons at times convenient for you. Classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience who want to refresh their skills, and are taught in English. From January, all Craft Café workshops, courses, and lessons will take place at our Amsterdam West location, providing a creative and inspiring environment for learning. After completing the course, you can continue your crochet journey with additional lessons in our Craft Café if you wish to receive occasional guidance.
