Super nice place and staff. Tasteful recent renovation of an older building; thoughtful details in each room. Extremely comfortable bed. Our room was on the street side which can be loud with traffic and people walking by, depending on your sensitivity, but the new windows provide ample sound-proofing.

We were looking for a place to stay in Sintra and found Passeio Sintra through Booking.com — such a great discovery. The hotel is very new (only about a month since opening), so it wasn’t crowded yet, and we ended up having a wonderfully calm and comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and cozy. What really stood out was the location. It’s extremely well connected to public transportation — just a short walk to the Sintra train station, close to the hop-on-walk buses, and right by several city bus routes, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. I took a walk around the hotel in the morning and loved the views of the city, the Sintra National Palace, and even the Moorish Castle from nearby. Such a beautiful area to stay in. This isn’t a sponsored review — just a genuinely great experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend booking this hotel for a peaceful stay in Sintra.
