Along the way, you’ll witness thriving wildlife such as alligators, egrets, nutria, and more—especially abundant in warmer months—and learn about the region’s rich fishing heritage, bountiful waters, and the ongoing fight to protect Louisiana’s rapidly disappearing wetlands.

This immersive experience blends nature, history, and culture, offering close-up views of lush cypress swamps, local wildlife habitats, and an exhibit featuring live albino alligators.
