Honestly the best place I have ever visited in my life. I have never seen so many wild animals free to roam in their natural environment. The staff are amazing, the beaches are beautiful and swimming and boating through the jungle was magical. Don't miss this place if you're in cancun it is honesty a bucket list trip.

The underground river was amusing, but it was crowded. Prepare for a long swim. The snorkelling experience was not very good. The restaurant buffet was good, with good-quality food. The ritual and ceremonies get crowded, and if you’re not in the front lines, you can’t see much of them. The evening performance was very good and interesting. When you visit, you can usually do two to three activities.

Absolutely incredible!! The best day out we had there by far!! It's a long day for sure but so worth it! The underground rivers were amazing to swim through, we swam the whole way! But there are multiple points for you to get out and walk if you get tired of swimming etc. We also paid to swim with the nurse sharks which was an unreal experience. The staff were really informative and professional, handling the sharks with such care. I just wish we had the option to have a private swim with them, rather than a group, the rest of our group were a bunch of Americans and they were ever so loud all the time. Shouting over the shark handlers when they tried to explain some things and making a scene. Regardless it was an excellent experience. My partner went on the adrenalina and absolutely loved it too! The included buffet was very nice, with a beautiful view of the sea turtles below. The cultural show was great! We were skeptical about whether or not we would enjoy it but we really did! The Mayan ballgames were awesome! What a show definitely recommend visiting Xcaret to anyone.

Thank you for creating such a beautiful atmosphere. I was deeply impressed by the beauty of Xcaret’s nature; everything feels alive and full of spirit. The live music, your dedicated team, and the energy of the place make it truly special. It seems that everyone who works here truly loves what they do, and that passion can be felt in every detail. As visitors, you offer us not only wonderful experiences but also inspiration. You remind us to appreciate nature, to care for the environment, and to value culture and traditions. Xcaret is much more than a park — it is a celebration of life and harmony. I wish that soon our entire planet could be like this corner of the world — full of respect, beauty, and balance. Even if not everyone can see it or be here, thank you for inspiring people to become better human beings and to care more for our shared home, the Earth.

I really enjoyed my visit to Xcaret Park! I went with my partner (2 adults no children). We had a blast. The underground rivers were beautiful and definitely the best part, and all the activities were a lot of fun. As someone first being introduced to Mexican culture, I found the park to be a great and engaging introduction, the night show especially was very cool and entertaining. Our package (the plus package) included the dinner buffet, which had a great variety of options and everything tasted delicious. I’d definitely recommend getting the buffet package to make the day smoother and avoid worrying about food. It was also nice that the package came with a locker, and there were plenty of bathrooms around the park (which were always clean). We also did the Adrenalina boating activity for 30 min and it was amazing! Our drivers, Pablo and Diego, were super fun, entertaining, and made the whole experience memorable. It was a bit pricey and felt like it could’ve lasted a little longer, but overall, it was one of the highlights of the day. There were many activities to enjoy such as the aviary, butterfly conservatory, chapel, cemetery, Mayan Pueblo, waterpark etc. The only downside is the price point — it’s definitely on the higher side, and for that cost, it would be nice if at least one additional activity besides the river were included. The souvenir shops were also quite expensive (though that’s somewhat expected). Overall, I’m really glad I went! There’s so much to see that one day doesn’t feel like enough, and it was never a dull moment. I’d recommend Xcaret to anyone willing to spend a bit extra for a full, unique experience in Mexico. 🌴✨
