Very disappointed about the Sian Ka’an Tour paid 125US$ per person. Trip was supposed to last 9h, it actually lasts 7h30. We were supposed to have one guide for a 6 person boat. We finally shared one guide for two separated boat (1 guide for 12). We actually went scuba diving for only 30mn on the entire tour so it was also disappointing. We managed to see 2 dolphins and a sea-turtle. The buffet was totally overrated compared to the price we paid and also had to hurry to be able to enjoy our meal: chicken or fish in tomato sauce accompanied with mashed potato (not homemade) or plain white rice. Desert was simply ridiculous: a little cup of a disgusting gelly! Totally not worth the price. Good thing to know: the bracelet to have access to the national park costs around 35pesos... you can have access with a private car to Punta Alen (it will be exactly as bumpy as the boat trip) or ask a fisherman to ride you for 900 or 1000pesos for a boat per day.
