A self-serve continental breakfast is provided in the spacious shared kitchen, which includes modern appliances like a microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers, refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The property follows a strict non-smoking policy both indoors and on the porches, with quiet hours starting at 9 PM. Pets are allowed outdoors only with prior approval, and large groups may need to provide a refundable damage deposit. Check-in is available after 3 PM and check-out by 11 AM unless arranged otherwise. All guests must present a photo ID matching the booking card. Cancellation policies vary depending on timing, with fees for late cancellations or no-shows.
