Customer Reviews
"Our stay at Glasson Lake House was absolutely incredible. The elegant design and top-notch amenities, from the stunning pool to the delicious on-site restaurants, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were exceptionally attentive and courteous, catering to our every need and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible".
Stunning hotel and immaculately clean throughout. Fantastic ambience and grounds. Really appreciated the extra details for my partner's birthday. Good food. Staff friendly and nice but a few seemed a bit inexperienced and we waited so long to check out we ended up just leaving and sending an email. However, everyone has to learn somewhere and it seemed some staff were maybe new which is fair enough. Overall, we had a lovely time & will be back for sure.
We went to a wedding here and everything was amazing. The setting is phenomenal, the food was amazing quality and the service was wonderful. The 12pm checkout means you really get to enjoy the venue in the morning. My husband suit jacket got taken by another attendee by mistake, and the staff went out of their way to find it…they were under pressure because it was check out time when they were prepping for wedding but they remained so calm and helpful at the front desk and in the function room. Well above what you would expect really. Thanks for everything we will definitely be back!
