Our guide David did an outstanding job on this tour. We learned so much and David showed us so many interesting areas of Pisa. I thought it was just a leaning tower here and not much else and boy was I wrong: Galileo, Vespa, Keith Haring, strategic location in WWII, restoration of the Leaning Tower, and soo much more. I highly recommend this tour and David was most excellent!

The Pisa walking tour was excellent. The guide, David was fantastic. The best city tour that I have ever done. He answered so many questions that I had about the history of Rome and Italy. The guide had a huge passion for Pisa and its place in Roman, Italian and world history. Strongly recommended

Booked David last minute for a tour this afternoon/evening. BY FAR the best tour guide we have used in Italy so far. Informative, full of knowledge and friendly. Well worth the time and money to spend the afternoon learning about the beautiful city of Pisa with David!

The two hour tour just flew by and David was a mine of historical information on Pisa and how it has evolved over the centuries depending which powers ruled the region. He showed us places we had already walked past previously and totally failed to notice. It taught us to look up as so much history is found on the upper parts of the buildings. He was as engaging as he was informative and prepared to answer all and any questions. This tour added so much to our short break to Pisa. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wishing to have an insight to this city both past and present.

Very informative and interesting tour I have been to Tuscany many times and never consdiered Pisa all that interesting (apart from the obvious attraction!) but David's tour opened my eyes to Pisa and it's very interesting history. We were a small group of 7 and wandered through the streets from the train station to the Tower where the tour concluded. Thanks David !! Great tour with knowledgeable considerate guide. Good pace and a chance to get the history behind the usual tourist sights in Pisa. This was an amazing tour with a very knowledgeable guide David. We explored Pisa by walking through the city streets and entering some of the oldest buildings. We learned interesting things about the city of Pisa as well as about Italian culture and history. We also visited the church near the leaning tower which was very impressive, heard about its history as well as the construction history and specific details about the leaning tower . Then we climbed the tower which was a unique experience.
