Como dá pra vê nas avaliações, os maiores problemas é sobre as rodas que mandam ao cliente, e comigo não foi diferente. Não recomendo pra ninguém, pois após a compra vão associar qualquer defeito ao cliente alegando que " precisa de regulagem por parte do comprador". Estou agora tentando resolver os problemas com essa loja judicialmente já que esnobam o cliente. Meu produto foi uma bicicleta elétrica de marca chinesa que mandaram sem roda instalada. Após instalação, sem orientação nem manual algum, a roda apresentou defeito. A princípio mandaram outra roda o que também não resolveu o problema, e após isso estão a alegar " falta de regulagem" para não devolverem o dinheiro e pegaram a bicicleta de volta. Problemas que surgiram nos primeiros dias de compra.
