Yesterday, November 13 2025, your tour guide Erick took absolutely wonderful care of me throughout the day and Personally assisted me to accomplish the task of crossing the Capilano suspension Bridge. My husband and I had an amazing experience going to the Capalino extension bridge. Erik, our tour guide was very friendly and welcoming right from the beginning. He educated us any chance he got about the history of Vancouver. We are so thankful we had him as a tour guide because he made the experience so fun and memorable. We hope to come back soon!

I had a fantastic day at Grouse Mountain with Erick as my guide. I don’t speak English very well and was traveling alone, but Erick made me feel safe and completely at ease. He’s patient, friendly, and speaks Spanish and Portuguese, switching languages whenever I needed help. From the gondola ride to the viewpoints, he explained everything clearly, helped with photos, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable with the pace. Thoughtful logistics, great local knowledge, and genuine care. An unforgettable experience — thank you, Erick!
