Excellent bike shop to get your bike repaired, serviced, etc. Staff is very friendly and supportive, have great expertise and always go the extra mile. I had to bring my bike in 3 times within a week and the team has been always super helpful. Whether it was a puncture, getting the gears indexed or sorting me out removing a few bits from the bike to get it ready for travel, they've been there to give a hand. Can't recommend me them highly enough! Thanks again folks!

Excellent service, fantastic customer service, and no waiting at all. They were always attentive and explained what was wrong with my bike. I had a hard fall and had to go to a nearby bike shop. They told me they couldn't help because they didn't have the other wheel, which is what had broken. They told me there was another bike shop just 3 minutes away, so I went to the BikeStop and explained my situation. They were very kind and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They were very helpful and made a huge difference. Thank you so much.

They rent a very good bike!! It's a bit pricey, but the bike is good for moving along the city. I did like 30-ish km with the bike and my only complain is the bike can't get higher than 8th gear. The People in the store are nice and helpful. Definitely going to rent in this store again.
