I booked one night through AMEX with an upgrade to a suite, four categories above the standard room, exactly as shown in the photos. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the welcome we received was exceptional. Because the specific treatment I requested was not available, the hotel generously sent many beautiful gifts to the room. The suite itself was extremely luxurious and comfortable. There was a small issue with the coffee machine, but the staff resolved it very quickly. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but the pool and jacuzzi during winter are an experience you simply cannot miss. The service from the entire team is on a different level. In Italy, this level of hospitality is rare. At breakfast, the chef personally came to ask what I like and prepared a custom meal exactly to my preferences. Yes, the hotel is expensive, but it is worth every single euro. The gym is equipped with the most modern and advanced equipment, one of the best I have seen in a hotel. I want to thank the entire team for the outstanding care and service.
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is truly exceptional. We stayed in both a historic room and a newly renovated room—each one was incredible in its own way. The staff is extremely attentive, and the entire property is absolutely stunning. It’s a short walk to the city center, yet it feels peaceful, quiet, and completely removed from the noise. The gardens are gorgeous, serene, and beautifully maintained. We dined at both the lobby lounge and the restaurant, and both were excellent—great food, great service, and a perfect atmosphere. The spa was top-notch as well, with excellent service throughout. Overall, this is a premier property and one of the best Four Seasons we’ve ever stayed at—and we’ve stayed at many. Highly recommended.

It was a wonderful stay, though far too short. Four Seasons never disappoints — we can’t wait to return!
