Lake Leatherwood Mini Cabins: Simple Comfort in a Natural Setting
The mini cabins offer a comfortable and simple retreat for guests who enjoy a minimalist stay while still having the comfort of a solid roof. Each cabin includes a bunk bed with a queen and full mattress, and linens are provided for convenience.
Guests can enjoy air conditioning and heating, a small coffee pot, a porch with seating, a picnic table, and a fire ring with a grill for outdoor cooking. A bathhouse is available at all hours, and a handicap-accessible portable restroom is located on site. While there is no running water inside the cabins, WiFi is provided via Starlink with the password “hikebikeswim.”
A non-refundable pet fee and a one-time cleaning fee apply to each stay. Smoking inside the cabins is strictly prohibited, and a service fee will be charged if this rule is violated. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Guests staying longer than seven nights should call ahead for extended reservation assistance. Cabin entry codes use the last four digits of the guest’s phone number, and military guests may receive a discount with valid proof of service upon arrival.

We had a great visit today. Geraldine and Ania were really knowledgeable about the cabins and answered all our queries. The assembled and decorated units are very impressive. We are interested in the steel framed barn style cabin. The cabin is so well insulated and the windows and doors are excellent quality Pilkington glass. Remarkable! Excellent customer service too. These are by far the best cabins that we have seen. We'll be placing our order soon.
I am absolutely over the moon with my new sauna, it is such a great size and way more spacious inside than I expected - i got the size S with a porch and the inside feels a lot more spacious than most commercial barrell saunas I use, high quality build and lovely accessories too. The service from mycabin.ie and Rentia in particular has been fantastic, Rentia has been so helpful, right from the beginning explaining all the options and following up on any questions so quickly, she kept me in the loop throughout the process, and always got back to me straight away. The electrician, and the two builders from wood architects also were super helpful and easy to deal with. Couldn't have had a better experience if I wanted too, highly recommend mycabin.ie!
I highly recommend the services provided by My Cabin. From the beginning of the order process to the completion, I cannot falter the service.
