Went there to see the ancient stone they have. Was immediately told to leave by very rude staff.

It’s a good center and the people working there is very kind and nice and VERY good at helping if we needed something but the staff that had to pack our things/lay out our tents and all the other things we needed, nothing was packed for us when we came and the staff had to find all the things we had ordered/borrowed from them and we also had to go and get pegs meny times bc there was not enough at first but the staff was very good and pretty fast finding our things, the toilets and showers were fine its not a luxury but it works fine. The center also have a lot of fun activities and beautiful countryside and a good look over Dublin after sunset and not a long walk to get to a bus stop. Internet? Yeah there is a pole in front of the reception/info to the left where there is WiFi all hours of the day

Had a great hike up to Fairy Castle from Larch Hill today, the organisers did a great job for our Scouts. The whole Larch Hill set up is amazing and we were lucky to have a dry day for the hike. Facilities are grand here and the Scouting staff are very hospitable.

Solid scouts campground. Lovely staff. Only the opening hours of the shop are unsure. Good bad weather shelter and helpful people!
