Tossa de Mar: un viaje en el tiempo

Tossa, a Journey Through Time, offers an immersive exploration of Tossa de Mar guided by an expert Catalan historian and archaeologist. This intimate walking tour, limited to 15 participants, takes you through over 2,000 years of history, from Roman ruins to medieval walls and cobbled streets. Along the way, your guide brings the town to life with stories, legends, and historical insights, revealing both iconic landmarks and hidden corners often missed by visitors. Supported by the Tossa de Mar Historical Archive, the tour ensures a rich, authentic experience, combining passion, rigor, and deep knowledge of the town’s cultural heritage.

The tour begins at Av. Pelegrí, 25, outside the Tossa de Mar Tourist Office, where punctuality is essential to guarantee participation. Over approximately two hours, you will enjoy a leisurely walk, so comfortable footwear and light clothing are recommended, along with water, sunscreen, and a hat during warmer months. Visitors to Sant Vicenç Church should follow a modest dress code, including covered shoulders and mid-thigh skirts or shorts, with see-through, swimwear, or party attire not permitted. Please note, unaccompanied minors are not allowed, and the tour is not suitable for those with reduced mobility.
