We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here and were very happy with the whole experience. From the very beginning, the staff kept everything extremely well organised, which made the day stress-free for us. We had a group of 12 kids along with their parents, and everything ran smoothly. The food was good quality, and as a lovely extra touch, the kids were treated to ice cream, which they absolutely loved. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite throughout. The party rooms were clean, beautiful, spacious, and very well lit — perfect for a kids’ party. Overall, it was a great experience for the cost and excellent value for money. The location is also ideal, with restaurants close by and a fantastic play park nearby. Highly recommend!

Place is nice. Ample parking and close to other shops. Few suggestions: place a ballpit end of big slide so that big kids wont go to the infant area; add extra lighting if possible - current lighting feels a strain to eyes; and check the dampness of the place. May charge a premium after these improvements. Thanks.

I was there for "toddler morning"with my 18 month old girl and a friend was with me also. There was only a couple of toddlers there at the time. A short time later, a few groups arrived with 4 or 5 minders. Some minders weren't supervising the children and were allowing older children in to the toddler area. My daughter wasn't comfortable and was nervous so I said it to one of the minders and she was not impressed. The older children were constantly coming in and the minders did nothing. I had no choice but to say something again. This time the minder was shouting at me in front of the children, saying the kids can play anywhere they like. She was extremely obnoxious. During this time, not a single staff member from Spraoi said or did anything. Nobody stepped in. One of the Spraoi staff seemed to know one of the children so this group are possibly regulars. I understand that there are signs/posters everywhere saying it's strictly under 2's and it must be very frustrating for staff there having to constantly warn parents but on the other hand, it's not the customers job to do it. It was uncomfortable and we left soon after. When you advertise 'toddler mornings', you would think it would be calm and relaxed for your toddler but it was the opposite. Maybe parents/minders could be reminded as they pay in that the small area is for babies only. Just to note, I have emailed management twice regarding this and they never replied to me so I was left with no choice but to give a bad review.
