I took a tour to the Manuel Antonio National Park. One day before the tour I was very upset with the SOPs of this company. The WhatsApp group formed a day before did not allow any messages from the clients. This is very bad for a tourist friendly company. We are new to the country and cannot ask any pre tour questions! But once the tour began my opinion changed. The guide Ronaldo made my opinion changed. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable and everything a tour guide should be. He took us through the nature trail and looked after the group like a father figure. He is an asset to his company. Full marks for this tour. Every tourist to Costa Rica must experience the National Park and a swim in the ocean here! Hope the company changes the WhatsApp group policy and allows clients to ask questions!
