I didn’t expect to enjoy the whole experience as much as I did. I was really impressed with the organization, the warm welcome, and the show was amazing. The restaurant also has a playground that the kids loved. We’re definitely going back for more events.
Scam Warning!!! 38 Days After Payment, Status is "Awaiting Allocation" and Zero Response. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5) I strongly caution all potential customers against placing orders with Rathwood, especially for items that are not immediately in stock. My experience is a textbook example of ignoring consumer rights and freezing customer funds. • Order and Payment: I placed and fully paid for Order (for 2x bed frames) on 03/10/2025 . • Status and Wait Time: Today, 10/11/2025, marks 38 days, and the order status in the customer panel is still "Awaiting Allocation." The item has not even reached the company's warehouse, despite the funds being taken immediately. • Breach of Promise: After my first intervention (22/10/2025), the company gave a new internal deadline on 29/10/2025, promising the stock would arrive at their warehouse within a maximum of 28 days from the order date. This deadline has passed, and the order status has not changed. • Ignoring the Customer: After the deadline passed, I sent a firm demand on 03/11/2025 requesting a guaranteed dispatch date or an immediate refund. This message was completely ignored. Rathwood is knowingly withholding my funds for 38 days, breaching the statutory 30-day delivery term, and is unable to follow through on its own promises. Instead of fulfilling the order, they choose to ignore the customer. I have now been forced to cancel the contract and initiate a Chargeback procedure through my bank to recover my money. Avoid this company completely. Zero logistics, zero respect for customer time!
Halloween event was good but for the price you'd want it to be better. And we were rushed out of the tent after the show. No time for the kids to view anything.
