To fully enjoy the railroad journey, a scenic bus ride is required in one direction. Guests may choose to start with the bus and return by train, or ride the train first and take the bus back to their vehicle. All Aboard trips include a delightful hot lunch at scenic Osier Station, offering time to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings along the route.
The Parlor Car invites passengers to experience Victorian-era elegance and luxury, once reserved for railroad barons and mining magnates. Lounge-style seating with panoramic windows provides unmatched views of the authentic West. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It was an added bonus that I got to take the trip at peak foliage time, but this would have been enjoyable in any season. Every person I met from their team was pleasant and helpful. As a frequent traveler I try not to do the same things twice, but this… I wouldn’t hesitate to do this train trip again!

I am a train nerd, I love trains and I have rode a fair few. None compare to this train!! I had heard great things about the Cumbres and Toltec, that it is the peak train experience, and I am here to tell you that it is so true!! From the staff to the train itself, it's amazing! We did the new Premium level and it is worth every penny! The chairs are comfy and you have your own private window! We had our own private Steward (for lack of proper term!) and he was great! Santiago was the best! The cafeteria style meal was great. I don't know who is doing the hiring for this company, but they are knocking it out of the park! Every single person was so very kind and nice. They go out of their way to make it a happy and relaxing experience for you! Take the bus before you take the train. It's a long train ride and the last thing you want to do after having a great train ride is take an hour long bus ride. Don't get me wrong, our bus driver was amazing as well, but if I'm not riding a train, I just wanted to get in my car and go! If you are wondering about doing this train, do it. I will be doing it again and I am not worried about the price, because it's worth it!!

This is a wonderful experience everyone from the check in counter to the crew that greets you upon your return have the greatest attitude. Super friendly lots of fun, great scenery. A must do if you are in the area. We will definitely plan a return visit. It's like stepping back in time A+ all the way around.

Train ride was AWESOME! Beautiful scenery throughout ride. Buffet style lunch is provided halfway through ride. Very filling. Gift shop is affordable. Definitely will ride again.

This was a wonderful experience aboard an operating steam engine. We took our toddler(total party size:5) and went with the Deluxe Car. This was nice because the table we had gave them room to do little activities in between points of interest. Kiddo also took a nap right on the floor. Our attendant was Darlene, she was amazing and delivered top notch service. Lunch was ok, I would compare it to college cafeteria style buffet with plenty of options. Staff there was kind and helpful. We would absolutely do this trip again.
