A great way to see, visit and taste the wines of Marlborough (Renwick). 'Wine Tours by Bike' (WTBB) provided a fantastic service with lots of advice, enabling us to tour vineyards and their cellar doors by bicycle. We were picked up in a new minibus from Blenheim and quickly dropped at their offices in Renwick, where we were provided with very new bicycles for our self guided tour. WTBB provided a lot of useful hints and advice on both cycling and the individual vineyards. We had a lovely day visiting 3 vineyards, including a very good, leisurely lunch and wine tasting at No. 11 Wairau. WTBB dropped us back to our accommodation in Blenheim - a great day, thank you WTBB.

This was one of the highlights of our NZ trip for sure! My partner and I were very excited for our day at the vineyards and Lorelle and Greg completely exceeded our expectations, they were both so welcoming and helpful with recommendations (wine and food related 🍷🥧) along with just being the loveliest people. The cycle routes were very scenic and all the vineyards were close by so we could try as many as possible - couldn’t recommend Gibson Bridge vineyard more. Overall we had such a fun day which was made even better by meeting Lorelle and Greg 😊 hopefully we’ll be back to visit again soon, Eilidh & Grant x

The best location in Marlborough if you want short distances between so many vineyards on bike. Great views, great wines, met some lovely fun people, Lorelle and Greg were so friendly they went over and above for us. Highly highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this tour. Lorelle collected us promptly from our accommodation, after which we were given our bikes, helmets and maps. Lots of information given as to our choices of vineyards to visit. Easy routes to navigate. A throughly fun day out. We would highly recommend!

Roo was a fantastic driver/bicycle set up & tour/map guide! Even though it was cold and rainy, we had a great time, got some exercise and drank good wine. 🍷 Cheers!!

My mate & I had a lovely time in Renwick, exploring the many wineries. No doubt, choosing the self guided bike tour with Lorelle & Greg, really was an amazing experience, & definitely a great way to explore the area. Their bikes were super comfy & safe. Lorelle, very friendly & always accommodating. We appreciated the pick up & drop off service, as well as the expert advice given, about the best route to take, etc. We were able to fully embrace & enjoy the many trails in bliss, whilst taking in all the nature & picturesque surroundings, as well as getting a good bit of exercise in. A lovely sunny day & a terrific time all round. I would definitely recommend it to all.

a must do when in the area! the bikes were high quality and the vineyards were amazing 😍 highly recommend

Everything was great! We should’ve biked counter clockwise instead because we had a long stretch from Allan Scott to FROMM only for FROMM not to have room — and then we had to bike another long stretch after. Would’ve been awesome if the company could help secure a few spots at each winery although I get that might be challenging :)
Zachary

Great wine tour! We got a map and some information about the wineries and some recommendations before getting on the bikes which was really helpful.
Douglas

Easy to navigate back roads to smaller and interesting wineries. Good bikes. Highly recommended.
