Lack of staff, queues at the tills at peak times are big. It is a pity. Their competence queues are shorter, and prices are the same or lower... a pity...

Over the last few months there has been a big shortage of baskets. Unless you go at an off-peak time there are never any at the entrance anymore. You can usually find some by the checkouts but it shouldn't be necessary to have to go searching for them. It's rare to see all self service checkouts working.

Same as alot of the other comments. The staff really let this place down. No Interest in working and some are very rude and clueless. One woman on the only till that was open was very nice and efficient but no other staff offered to help even though they had acknowledged she was alone and there was a huge queue they done nothing and continued standing around chatting. Not a one off thing either this happens every time ive been there, will be avoiding shopping here in future it always takes way longer than it should

Best shot for groceries in Glasnevin near Finglass Rd, low proces, great amount of groceries in offer, also has points collection sistem if tou carry their card, which you scan before making purchase.

The rudest staff out of the few I’ve been in. I was made to feel like I was in the way of the pickers, who when they weren’t trying to barge me out of the way, were standing talking and blocking the aisles. Checkouts closed one position while they had queues down the aisles, so I tried to use the self serve. The machine refused to scan two items, when the assistant came, they scanned, and I got a “the look”. Next item wouldn’t scan. I ended up leaving the lot. Will not be back.
