Hello I hope to find you well and congratulations on your record breaking revenues this year we have seen all over the news today 👍. Anyway Iv just returned from your fonthill branch in Dublin after spending €810, when we asked a member of staff beside us for one of the big plastic bags to carry out all our newly purchased goods, he informed us that they were for click and collect customers only. I just wanted to share this experience with you because it’s hilarious.

Good selection of toys for various pricing. My wife asked did they have anywhere to change and feed our 2 month old and were told no. The lack of mother and baby room for feeding and changing is a joke for a store that caters to new families and sells large baby selection such as prams, cots and newborn accessories. Really, even stores that have nothing to do with babies have feeding and changing rooms.

Was in shop today with a buggy that broke and I had no receipt and it was cash transaction. It was a big ask to buy kirsty was so good and found the receipt on their system and then natasha was amazing and sorted an exchange for us. I am so so appreciative for the help. Thank you so much ladies

Normally, I love shopping at this store. I have never met with rude staff. They're always so nice and helpful. But yesterday one of the employees named Iona at customer desk made my blood boil. Very rude, not helpful at all. She acted like she was someone better than me. A very, very unpleasant situation. Management must think about another customer service training. And I'm really not some annoying customer, but girl... a little respect for people really appreciated.

Wide variety of toy collection for your kids also instruments, cycles and so on. The shop is too big with many toy collections. I’d highly recommend this place.
