Docked two stars for one reason: the so-called “manager.” His angry, uninterested attitude set the wrong tone from the start. Instead of greeting guests, he barked orders and shooed us to a join group line like we were an inconvenience—definitely not the vibe you expect when you’ve raced through Miami traffic during rush hour to make on time and are ready to celebrate a birthday. You work with tourists daily, we paid our way, so it’s expected to be treated with due respect. What added to his already angry attitude was because we waited off to the side of the group not knowing which was the start or finish, had he directed better or guided us and gotten off his phone, it would have avoided his disdain of him thinking we were pulling a fast one. In my mind I’m like “Sir, mmm there’s only a handful of 10 ppl here on this huge tugboat, no worries we’ll ALL make it on, happy to board last or whatever order we arrived…” Such a small interaction like this, clearly left a negative impression, hopefully a learning for the company. Finding the boat was confusing enough with poor signage, but being snapped at by someone who was unbranded, no name tag, and looked irritated we even showed up? Unacceptable. A more courteous, service full direction would’ve changed everything. Thankfully, Michelle the bartender saved the day (5 stars would have been all hers)—friendly, engaging, fast, and pouring top-notch drinks. The tour itself was interesting and relaxed, but that initial interaction left a sour taste. One bad attitude can ruin an otherwise great experience.
Our family just got off the cocktail sunset cruise and we had the most amazing time!! All the staff members were so kind. Stunning views! Great drinks! Overall it was just an amazing experience. We are so happy that we chose this cruise over any of the others. Drinks are free with the cruise. Make sure to eat before as they don’t offer any food (except bags of chips and some small snacks). Fun atmosphere that the entire family can enjoy. Kids are welcomed. Wonderful experience. We will definitely do again if we return to Miami.
