I went to drop off my scooter, they told me it would be ready at a certain time, I paid everything in advance, and then they called me minutes before the scheduled pick-up time to say I had to pay something else. Of course, I'd already left without any money, just to pick up the scooter. They create more problems than they solve, all to get money out of you. In the end, I went to another place not far away, they charged me less and didn't give me nearly as much trouble. Honestly, I won't be going back, even though there's one closer to home.

BEWARE to this shop! We bought a scooter and only for 5 months we have to bring it to the shop for repair. We've waited for almost a month for the repair. And finally after the long "repairing time" we get it in the morning just to bring it again in the afternoon because it does'nt charging. Imagine, they have it for almost a month... And havent even notice that! They "repair" it again and we have to wait for another 2 weeks! And then again just after i used it for 1 day and half....its dead again! I buy that scooter because its should be a great help for me going home and at work. But its very stressful that i have to walk home after a long time at work because the battery died while on full charged and i am in The middle of street! And in the end they told us that we used it so badly thats why it is in bad condition! How come!!!! You repaired it and stayed in your shop for loooonng f*cking time. And in just 1 day of used it is already dead! I only used it 10 minutes going to my work And another 10 minutes going to my home...and Yes my husband repaired it and because of that we lose the "warranty" we cant argue we that. Why my husband did that? Because its terribly stressful that we have to return and wait, return and wait, and nothings happen!!! At least when my husband repaired it, it last for 3 weeks of used. How about it stays in your shop to repair for almost a month and used it for only 1 day and half! Amazing isnt it! You just sit it in your shop for long time and Return to ur customer, and for the customer to return it again and wait when will it be done again and again until the customer lose the 6 months warranty. And you have the guts to tell your customer that we badly used it! We dont used it so "badly". You have a "terrible" kind of service and items! Godbless your shop. #dontbeavictim #customerblamingisbad
