Mountain Bike Rentals Offer Flexible Way to Explore Terceira Island
A flexible mountain bike rental service on Terceira Island is offering visitors the opportunity to explore the region independently at their own pace. The service is designed for travelers seeking freedom and adventure, allowing them to tailor the duration of their ride according to personal schedules and interests.
Each rental package includes a mountain bike along with essential equipment such as a helmet, lock, small bag for personal belongings, and a mobile phone holder. These inclusions aim to ensure a safe and convenient cycling experience across the island’s varied terrain and scenic routes.
The service enables riders to discover Terceira’s landscapes independently, from coastal roads to inland trails, without the constraints of a guided tour. This self-directed approach allows visitors to engage more closely with the island’s natural beauty and rural surroundings.
Bikes are available for collection at the company’s office in Angra do Heroísmo at 9:00 AM, providing a fixed starting point for daily exploration. While the rental offers flexibility and convenience, it is noted that insurance is not included, requiring participants to consider their own coverage during the activity.

Customer Reviews
The TickNock trails are top notch. I love every single one (didn't get to do Greg's Granite - ABSOLUTELY LOVED Highline, Skyline & Tomahawk)
Great service! The bike was excellent — in perfect condition and worked 100% for my 12-year-old daughter’s first time MTBing. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole experience was brilliant. We’ll definitely be back again! 🚴♀️
Amazing MTB park with lots of downhill tracks to choose from. The climb is with it. Rental bikes and services are amazing.
