Recently booked with this company for a manta ray night snorkelling trip, we booked on a Monday and unfortunately we didn’t see any Manta Rays that night which is rare, on our way back to the dock the crew advised us to contact the company and try to arrange another night to go out, thankfully the customer service and the crew was awesome and we were able to get out for another chance this past Friday where we saw lots of manta rays and the experience was amazing! we are super grateful that the company was able to rebook us in for another chance free of charge, my only recommendation is to book at the beginning of your trip just incase you don’t get to see any so you can rebook for another date because it’s truly so worth it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible experience & amazing customer service! We had such an awesome time with this snorkel company. The crew made the manta experience so fun, safe, and memorable. On our originally booked tour we didn’t end up seeing any mantas, and the team was so kind and proactive about coordinating a new time for us to come back out. They handled everything so smoothly and were genuinely accommodating. When we returned, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Can’t recommend them enough - if you’re looking to do a manta snorkel, book with these guys!

The nighttime mantra ray snorkel was pretty cool. We were able to see a few mantas, which were beautiful, but do not expect to see the mantas up and close the whole 30 minutes you’re in the water. The check-in was quick and we were on the boat quickly. The captain and crew were entertaining and did a great job. The boat ride on the smaller boat was fun. I am not sure their policy on children, but there were a few young kids that were unable to follow the guides instructions (hold the board with your arms and legs straight without kicking), so that may have prohibited more mantas from coming over to our space. I would consider the time of your snorkel if you want to avoid younger kids (don’t go on an earlier trip). This trip was more expensive than some other options and I’m not sure why, maybe the smaller group size, which was nice. There were lots of other boats out at the same time in the same location as this is a big tourist attraction, just something to consider if you’re looking for something less crowded.
