Bought a 3meter long planter from CSI. My wife and I are over the moon with the quality and appearance. Shipped all the way from Dublin to Cork by their friendly driver. That's not all though, Ken went above and beyond for us. I had got my dimensions mixed up while ordering and didn't realise my mistake until the Planter arrived (I had mixed up my depth and width and the planter dimensions were essentially the exact opposite of what I had intended). Distraught, I called Ken who reassured me that they would sort me out. Ken worked out a solution to keep additional costs as low as possible, in the end we paid CSI in total just a bit more then what we would have paid had I ordered the correct size in the first place (incl restocking fee and transport etc). The new one was delivered a few days ago and the original one was collected. We have exactly what we wanted and are delighted with it. Thanks again to Ken, he's an absolute gentleman
