This was our third time visiting Jamaica and first time booking with this company. But certainly it will not be our last time with Best Jamaica. Best Jamaica was in constant communication with me starting prior to my arrival. Leroy was our driver, and he is amazing. He picked us up from the airport, took us to the resort. We really got to know this professional, caring, and just amazing person throughout our excursions. He drove us to Appleton Rum and a local lunch. The following day he picked us up and took us to Blue Hole and a local lunch. Finally he returned us to the airport. During our time with Leroy he made us feel so comfortable and safe. We deliberately kept requesting him throughout our time. I am telling you, if you can request him. You will not be disappointed. Overall I highly recommend this company for all your travels in Jamaica and Highly recommend Leroy. We will return to Jamaica in the future and know who we are booking with. My husband and I booked a roundtrip transportation from MBJ airport to Excellence Oyster Bay Resort when we arrived to the airport we got picked up by Leroy he was very knowledgeable about the area and offered to take us anywhere we needed. On the way back we got picked up by Vernon (cupcake) he was on time friendly and got us to the airport quickly. I would highly recommend them to everyone we paid $110 + tips for our roundtrip transportation.
We were really pleased with the excellent service during our airport transfer with Best Jamaica. The instructions for meeting them were clear, our wait was short, and the vehicle was comfortable (and air conditioned!). The return trip was just as great. The airport in Montego Bay can be a little chaotic, so it was nice to have a ride prearranged with such a professional, well-organized, and welcoming team.
