Our family had an exceptional time on the dolphin watch and snorkel adventure with Honest Eco Tours! From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience for both adults and kids. Captain Corey and First Mate Jacky were outstanding. Despite some challenging weather conditions, they found a beautiful, calm spot where our family could comfortably get in the water and snorkel. They were patient, encouraging, and made sure the kids felt safe and confident the entire time. After snorkeling, we headed out for dolphin watching — and it was incredible. Captain Corey did an amazing job keeping us right alongside the dolphins while always respecting their natural space. We were able to get great photos, and more importantly, our kids got to see dolphins in their natural environment up close — something they’ll never forget. The crew was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. You can tell they care about the wildlife and about giving families a memorable experience. Jacky is incredibly friendly and fun! Our captain had his dog Piper who added to the fun while helping spot wildlife and begging for head scratches. We would absolutely book with Honest Eco Tours again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Key West. A true highlight of our trip!
Had a lovely boat trip with Honest Eco. Both Alexis and Billy were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a great tour of the national key west wildlife refuge. We saw multiple species of birds and fish while kayaking and snorkeling, and learned all about the history and inner workings of the ecosystem in the area. And right before we docked we saw a manatee! That was one of the highlights of the trip. Would highly recommend.
What an awesome experience! Captain Libby and Charlie made sure we had an incredible day on the water. Kayaking around the mangroves was incredibly beautiful and serene. Charlie shared so much knowledge on the native wildlife and environment of the keys. Even swam my friend and I down to see some brain coral while snorkeling! Libby made sure we had a perfect spot to watch dolphins on the way back to shore. If you love nature and want a chill day on the water, this is for you! Both our hosts were so knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for a great day!
Amazing experience. Bryan is very knowledgeable so it was fun listening to everyone fire their most difficult dolphin-related questions at him. Our crew was professional and friendly and provided great service. We quickly found dolphins and had a great time snorkeling, where Bryan again excelled by showing and explaining to us all kinds of stuff. When we went back the sun was setting and we slowed down a bit to enjoy it, honestly surreal day. Highly recommended!
I highly recommend Honest Eco Tours for their Dolphin Watch + Guided Snorkel experience. Brian, the marine biologist, is a super informative guide about the dolphins and aquatic wildlife. He is even conducting scientific research about the wild dolphins. Chase is a very component captain who made me feel safe. Jackie was helpful too. We saw a bunch of wild dolphins, both going out to and coming back in from the snorkel location. We were graced with seeing a baby dolphin in their family pod. We could even hear the dolphins coming up for breathes when the boat engine was shutoff. Honest Eco Tours stayed a safe and respective distance from the dolphins which helped the dolphins feel okay and the dolphins stayed with us longer because of that. I had so much fun seeing the dolphins and snorkeling amongst the sea sponges. I learned a lot about these beautiful creatures and enjoyed some delicious fruit snacks. Honest Eco Tours lives up to its name with giving respect to these wild animals, supplying water in sustainable metal cups, and providing yummy fresh fruit for their guests.
Kevin and Kylie were great! We saw dolphins 20 min into the trip and we stayed for a while to watch them play and swim. Was so cool to see!! Beautiful waters. Comfortable boat experience. Maybe a little more rough on the trip home but nothing he can do about that. The snorkeling was very fun! We saw so many beautiful fish and coral reef! Kevin was also very knowledgeable about the wildlife, surrounding areas, and was able to answer all our questions (thanks!) and they made us feel very welcome. We would 100 percent go back!
The trip was amazing! We saw so many dolphins, they even came right up to the boat. The snorkeling was great too, and the crew was super fun and friendly! The sunset was incredible, and we saw dolphins again! Highly recommend! 😍
