I only attended meetings and a meal, so I couldn't judge the rooms. However, the service has always been great, the location is perfect, and the meeting rooms are clean. My only piece of advice would be to provide a variety of food options for the meetings, rather than just unhealthy pastries. A choice of fruit and other healthier snacks would be appreciated

I can't commend this hotel enough. We had a lovely stay in the Osprey Hotel. We enjoyed a quality dinner and breakfast. The pool facilities are great, and exactly what children want. The whole team are super and accomodating. We look forward to coming back.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of understanding and customer service I received from this property. My stay was impacted by severe weather whereby my flight was cancelled. I was unable to fly out until the next day. I, of course, let the property know as soon as that my flight was cancelled. At check-in, I was told because I had booked via a 3rd party website, I had to pay for all the nights I had booked but that I could seek compensation via the 3rd party website. I then, of course, proceeded to do as advised; I explained to the 3rd party site that my stay was shortened due to severe weather conditions. I also explained that I was otherwise receiving compensation from the airline for the flight and travel expenses to/from the airport. The 3rd party website contacted the property requesting compensation for the night affected, I got an automatic reply from the hotel stating that they would respond within 48hrs. They did not bother to do so, I then chased up a week later via the 3rd party website for an update, whom they promptly informed they would not be compensating me for the first nights stay - as it was against their policy. So in fact, I was mislead at check-in by their own member of staff. Really disappointed with their poor customer service, from being misled into trying to seek compensation via the 3rd party website (when it was against their policy all along) to them not even bothering to respond to my request for over a week is just shocking for a “premium” hotel. My stay was thankfully short and I will definitely not be returning.
