I cannot speak for the whole cinema but reading other reviews it seems to be a reoccurring issue: The sound quality is terrible and makes the experience absolutely dreadful... The cinema in itself is nice enough but how can an establishment like this one have such a terrible audio quality? To any employee working there reading this review, please do something about room 3 it's simply terrible

Cineworld has been my go-to cinema for over a decade — I’ve made memories there, watched countless films, and enjoyed many evenings. So it’s sad to say: in recent years it’s been slipping from the place I once loved. When things were better, the cinema felt roomy, lively, and dependable. The screens, the experience, the buzz — it all felt worthwhile. But lately, it doesn’t always live up to that. The place can feel less clean: common areas and restrooms seem less well cared for. Seats look worn and some even appear threadbare. I've noticed more floors that feel sticky or dirty, and walls or corners that haven’t been refreshed. Prices have also crept up — not just for tickets but for the food, sweets, and drinks. The “extras” often feel out of reach now. And the portions, especially of snacks, sometimes feel stingy by comparison to cost. What was once an indulgence now feels expensive. One of my favorite treats — the brownie with ice cream — is often missing. That small thing makes a big difference, especially for someone who’s been coming for years. It’s disheartening to see a signature item become unavailable so often. Worse still is how the staff and management sometimes respond. On some visits, I’ve seen cash registers closed while lines build up, or only a couple of concession counters open even though many people need service. It gives the impression that cost-cutting is taking precedence over experience. Also, when you raise issues or ask about missing items, the responses can feel defensive rather than helpful. What’s heartbreaking is seeing a favorite spot become something you tolerate rather than enjoy. For longtime patrons, the comparison is stark — what was once exciting now feels like a shell of itself. If Cineworld wants to win back affection, they’ll need to clean up, restore their menu consistency, and treat customers like people rather than just sources of revenue. Because it’s still a grand cinema structure, but the soul — some of it at least — seems to be fading.

Great name but not up to the mark. The seats are old, dusty and torn. I'm not sure if they're maintaining them properly. The sound quality was awful. Even normal conversations was coming out as someone speaking over a mobile. This is the review of Screen 3 and I'm not sure other screens are of the same or not. The experience overall is very disappointing. I won't really recommend watching a movie in a theatre like this if it doesn't provide a decent experience.
