Lessons are customized for all experience levels—beginners will learn essential skills including water safety, body positioning, paddling, board handling, wave etiquette, and catching waves, giving you the confidence to enjoy the ocean while feeling secure and supported.

Intermediate and advanced bodyboarders receive instruction focused on refining technique, correcting habits, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and developing strategies for bigger or more challenging waves. Our experienced instructors also emphasize the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of bodyboarding, helping you connect with the ocean, understand the lineup, and express your personality through your riding style. All lessons take place in a supportive, personal environment, with all necessary equipment provided, including bodyboards and fins. Students simply need to bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a change of clothes for a safe and enjoyable experience on the water.
