This equipment hire policy ensures safety, responsibility, and proper use of trip leader gear. Equipment is only available if at least one experienced canyoner is part of the group, and the hirer must be a responsible adult aged 18 or older. Rentals are not guaranteed until direct communication with the team, and the company retains the right to refuse hire if necessary. The hirer is fully responsible for any loss or damage beyond normal wear, with replacement costs charged as needed. Credit card details are required as security for potential loss, theft, or damage.
Collection and return times are arranged during booking, and overdue equipment will incur additional daily charges. All items must be returned clean, otherwise a cleaning fee of $10 per item will be applied. By hiring the equipment, the hirer agrees to follow these terms to ensure a safe and smooth experience.
