these guys have amazing gear that keep us safe and warm, went on a half day canyon trip and had a blast! since i’m from a tropical country, i was a bit worried before hand that it was going to be super chilly, but i felt warm throughout the entire experience! if you feel like you wont be able to do the jumps, don’t worry those are optional. this was my first time canyoning, thank you for an awesome experience!
Jay and Paige were the best guides you could ask for as someone who has never done canyoning before with a healthy dose of acrophobia. Jay was extremely patient and Paige was extremely encouraging. Both guides were engaging and attentive throughout the experience. We were lucky that the group was also friendly, supportive and helpful which just made the whole experience that much better. We booked in on the half day tour and it was a great beginners introduction to canyoning. Not sure we could have done anything more advanced. The guides take some pictures throughout the trip which needs to be purchased after for a small fee. The quality of the photos aren't that great for the price you pay but the priority for the guides during the tour is still our safety which I much prefer. However having said that, it feels a bit disappointing having to pay for photos that aren't that great. Another activity surprised us by taking photos during the tour (similar quality and quantity) and sending them to us for free which was a nice touch at the end. Still, it doesn't detract from this being a worthwhile experience to book into. Definitely something we'd recommend.
Absolutely incredible canyoning experience in Queenstown! The guides were extremely professional, patient and safety-focused, which made me feel confident the whole time. Every part of the trip was exciting and fun — abseiling, jumps, slides and waterfalls. It was a perfect mix of adrenaline and enjoyment, and a completely new experience for me. Everything was well organised and the team made sure everyone felt supported and included. I would highly recommend this company to anyone visiting Queenstown. This was the most fun and memorable activity I did in Queenstown. The instructors, Lorna and Josh, were professional and enthusiastic, striking a great balance between safety and excitement throughout the canyoning experience. It felt both safe and full of energy. Highly recommended for those who are physically fit and enjoy a good challenge — definitely worth trying.
Awesome experience doing the half day trip. After skydiving and bungy the 2 days prior I thought this might be a bit of a come down, but this was epic. Great experience to share with others with heaps of variety, challenges, adrenaline, and beautiful scenery- all packed into the morning and back in time for lunch. Guides were excellent and really inspired confidence in everyone. 100% recommend.
